The world of web3 is always a wild ride. Last week the markets were flying high like Colin McRea (RIP), this week they’re stalling out like a teenager driving stick for the very first time. But that doesn’t phase us in the automotive web3 space. We’re ride or die. Let’s pop the hood on some of the top projects in the space, including the Motorverse, DRIVE coin, Torque Squad, and more, and see what they’re running. |

Torque Drift 2 v0.8 Officially Released
In issue 12 we brought to your attention the coming Torque Drift 2 update. We’ll v0.8 has finally been released, and it appears the anticipation was warranted. This YouTube short from Torque Motorsport gives you the quick and dirty on what has been included in the update.

TS Soft Staking Season 0 is Coming to a Close
The staking form will be open until 23:59 UTC on 24th March, so there's still time to get in and earn some $REVV. To be eligible for the airdrop you must:

The Formula E: High Voltage Crates Sale is Back
Players of this electrifying race management game can power up their racing team during the crate sale. Players can choose a team crate with 2 drivers and 2 cars for $19 or 1,300 $REVV, or solo crates for $5 or 350 $REVV.
Quantities are limited, as only 5,488 team crates and 5,514 solo crate remain at the time of writing.
Veloce and Vext Token Reveal Their 2024 Esports Livery
There’s not much that can make a McLaren 720S GT3 EVO look even better than it already does. But Veloce managed to design a livery for their Esports division that makes this mean machine even more menacing. The design was selected by their $VEXT token holders within their web app during the voting period of 3.1 to 3.15. I’d say they chose wisely. I’m looking forward to seeing this thing rip on an Esports track soon! |
Blast Auto Club NFTs top the charts on Element Market
Last week BAC had their big NFT reveal for their Genesis Runner collection. Typically, this is the point where holders of common NFTs who were hoping for something more legendary jeet their jpgs, pushing the floor down. But BAC is looking strong. In fact, they were the top trending collection on the Blast Network NFT marketplace, Element Market.
This collection has managed to hold a solid 0.4 ETH floor, with some of the rarer items trading hands for as much as 0.7 ETH. For a project on such a new network, it looks like BAC is setting the bar for new NFT projects on the nascent chain.
BAC Introduced BPoints
Following up this win they have announced the introduction of BPoints for their upcoming Beta+ release. This off-chain points system will count 1:1 for $BAC tokens when the full game is released.
