The Based Buster Race2Airdrop Trading Competition is On!

December is here, and the season of giving is almost upon us! Fitting, because today we’re bringing you a project update that’ll just keep on giving.

(At least, for those who act on it.)

That’s because we’re getting dialed in for $BSTR token to take the car culture by storm. Over the weekend we hit our first milestone, with the Based Buster fam taking $BSTR over a $100K market cap!

But honestly, that’s not even first gear. We’ve just rolled up to the starting line. During the month of December we’re going flat out to promote our Governmeme token so we can make 2025 the year that the automotive community goes onchain.

And we’re kicking that off with an airdrop and trading competition.

$BSTR Airdrop Incoming!

The Based Buster Coin airdrop is around the corner, but we need the family to work together to get us there!

Prior to launching $BSTR we spent months promoting it to the crypto community through a variety of activations. All with the promise for participants and winners to earn a spot in our token airdrop.

Now, we will be making good on those promises. However, we have one more request to assist us in reaching the next milestone, which will make this possible.

Helping $BSTR hit a $5 million dollar market cap.

Who’s Eligible for the Airdrop?

Everyone who participated in and/or won one of our contests will get their airdrop allocation.

Additionally, anyone who purchased our v1 token during our initial launch will receive the same number of tokens they originally bought, along with a little bonus as our way of saying thank you for their early support.

Plus, we’ll be upping the ante by rewarding the top 100 token holders with an extra stack of tokens for climbing the leaderboard! (A snapshot of the holders will be taken once we reach our goal.)

Wen Airdrop?

Once we hit our market cap target of $5M, we will calculate each participants airdrop and then blast it out like Santa Claus in a 2JZ powered sleigh.

Some projects have been able to hit this threshold in a matter of days, while others have taken weeks or even months. It all comes down to how rowdy, vocal, and active we get as a community to trade $BSTR and onboard new holders.

Now, I bet you’re wondering how we’re going to get there…

Introducing the Race2Airdrop Trading Competition

A contest with incredible prizes, many ways to earn, and incentives that will turn traders into true believers.

The Race2Airdrop trading competition is our way of jump starting the $BSTR market and setting the stage for the next major milestones.

By incentivizing trading through various opportunities to earn an airdrop allocation, collect rewards, and win a share of the prize pool—together we will build the token’s volume and price floor necessary to facilitate a successful airdrop.

In other words, once we cross the finish line our whole community will be rewarded!

The Podium and the Prizes

We’re putting up a prize pool of 6 million $BSTR as well as an ever-growing pool of ETH. By the time we hit our target market cap these rewards could be astronomical!

1st Place: 3M $BSTR + 50% of ETH pool

2nd Place: 2M $BSTR + 33% of ETH pool

3rd Place: 1M $BSTR + 16% of ETH pool

The ETH prize pool will be primed with $150, and every single trade that’s conducted during the course of the competition will add to it.

10% of the trading taxes collected are automatically set aside for community rewards. 75% of this will go to the LP staking rewards pool, and 25% will be added to the ETH prize pool.

Just for shits and giggles, if $BSTR generates a total of $25M in volume by the time we reach our goal this will add approximately $15,625 to the ETH prize pool.

Official Rules

There are a few simple requirements to get in the running for a place on the podium.

1 / Trade

Trade $BSTR before we hit $5M mcap and generate $1,000 in total volume through your trading activity. Both buys and sells will count, so don’t worry if you don’t have a grand to trade with. You can accomplish this with far less capital.

Every $1K you trade will earn you 1 entry. The more you trade the more entries you’ll receive. Your volume will be calculated by the value of ETH you trade at the time of each transaction.

2 / Hold

You must be within the top 100 holders for your entries to be included in the final drawing. So, feel free to buy and sell to your heart’s content, but make sure you’re holding enough to make your entries stick by the time we cross the finish line.

3 / Join

Finally, you must join our Telegram community to claim your prize. Winners will be announced there after the contest has concluded and will have one week to claim, otherwise another participant will be selected in your place.

We have structured the rules so just about anyone can have a shot to win. If you have any questions, drop them in our Telegram community and our team will provide the answers you need.

The airdrop isn’t where the excitement stops. You’ll want to stick around after the race for some LP staking action!

As I mentioned at the opening of this article, Based Buster will be the gift that keeps on giving.

Once the airdrop is distributed you will have a chance to turn your holdings into even more rewards through LP staking! That is, contributing to the token’s liquidity on Uniswap in exchange for $BSTR rewards and trading fees.

The total staking rewards will start with an initial injection of 30 MILLION $BSTR, plus 75% of the rewards allocation from trading taxes. That’s a whole lot of $BSTR available to those who share our long-term vision for what we’re building at DRVN Labo.
